The Investor Relations Department (IR) serves as the vital link between The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) and the global financial community, including shareholders, analysts, and potential investors.
Our core mission is to strategically manage the flow of information, integrating disciplines like finance, communications, and securities law compliance to ensure full transparency and build trust. We are dedicated to providing timely, accurate, and comprehensive insights into our corporate strategy, financial performance, governance, and long-term outlook. We are committed to upholding best practice Investor Relations principles, ensuring consistent and fair disclosure that minimizes the cost of capital and enhances market confidence in SAIB.
Beyond regulatory compliance, our team actively engages in a two-way dialogue, gathering market feedback to inform senior management and helping the investment community clearly understand our value proposition and growth potential. We strive for a fair and consistent valuation of our company, working to expand and diversify our investor base for the benefit of all stakeholders.
The Saudi Investment Bank was established in 1976, giving the Bank a long history that started with a focus on medium-term financing for industrial projects. We evolved into a full-service commercial bank in 1983 and became a publicly listed company on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) in January 1993, reflecting our continuous commitment to growth and market accountability.
