The SAIB Call Center has been awarded the ISO 9001 QMS certification by Infomatics Consultancy after successfully passing the final audit whereby all requirements were met and in accordance with those set forth by the International Organization of Standardization.
 
The Saudi Investment Bank is the first bank in the Kingdom to achieve this prestigious award for their call center, recognizing the Bank’s commitment to continuous quality and service delivery.
